Fingertips, Mice, and Sixty Thousand Dollars

A soft blue haze floods the room and tiny fans begin to hum.  Your hard-drive clicks and chatters working up speed as you settle down to surf the net.  Just another hum-drum evening at home unwinding. But lately bordom has you in it's grips.  Nothing satisfies like it used to.  

You click around looking for entertainment but nothing appeals.  Then out of the corner of your eye, you catch an online ad:  "Looking for a change? How about upgrading your lifestyle? A new home could be just the thing."   Hmmmm, you think. That's interesting. Your fingertip hovers over the mouse for a second and then you click the ad

And I've got you.

Do you have any idea how many people are searching for real estate on the Internet? I'll give you a clue; The first month my website was online I had over a thousand visitors.  Last year  fourteen thousand people visited this website to look for homes.  That much traffic has turned into hundreds of sales leads, resulting in 3 million dollars in transactions in just over 6 months.   

With nothing but online traffic, I made rookie of the year and in my first month of closings I took home twenty one thousand dollars in commissions.  I quit my job, got to spend more time with my kids and husband, took plenty of vacation, and still grossed over sixty thousand dollars in commissions my first year.  Since I only had 6 selling months in the year after classes, licensing, and getting set up, that's an average of ten thousand dollars per month!  Now I'm at a point where I get six leads a day ranging from $200,000 to $4 million dollar houses.  I'd like to show you how to do the same thing.

If you're wondering why you should come to me, here's the deal: real estate is a very "old school" business.  The agents that have been around for a while don't really understand the internet and all of the value it brings.  They don't know it--so they can't teach it to you.  The customer on the other hand, uses it more and more every day.  As a result, there's an ever widening opportunity for people who know how to make the Internet work for them. To take advantage of the massive traffic that's out there, someone has to show you the ropes.  And when it comes to online advertising, I can give you a competitive edge that few people can hope to match.

I bet you're thinking that's me, right?

Nope.  Not a chance.  I'm not a techie.  You couldn't pack a thimble with what I know about the online world.  BUT...my husband is a different story.  He's the marketing director for a company that does ten million dollars a year in online business and he knows all of the tricks to get you set up the same way he did it for me. "So what's the catch?" you ask.

All I want in return is to recruit you into my down-line. You see, part of the beauty of this business is that if you recruit an agent (and you can do this too) you make a percentage off their sales.  Relax, it doesn't come out of your commissions, and you don't work for me.  You are totally independent.  The agency pays me the money on top of what you are paid.  But it's a great incentive to recruit new agents.

Should we decide to work with you, there is no obligation on either side to continue the relationship long term.  Its strictly voluntary on both sides.   Since there is no money changing hands there is no financial liability or responsability to fulfill on either side.  This is a handshake deal with no strings attached. 

Please keep in mind though, that you've got to learn this stuff as we show you.  If you won't take responsibility to absorb the information and get out on your own, we won't be able to work with you very long.  The only way this can work is if we can teach you to maintain this stuff once it gets going.
